More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.

Also featured in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
